Sonnet Of A Lost Friend

There came a time of complete ignorance,

A Certain time in which i had “brushed off”

Some Important things left in an instance

In a time i had unknowingly scoff.

Regretted much. O, I had really did,

As my conscience went as bitter as gall,

To lose an old friend, Oh Good lord Forbid!

Accidentally, tragedy had befall.

To reply to this, may be an option

Oh, but to hope would be a tall order

Forgiveness is what I’ve had striven,

In a tone without hilarity or banter.

Ignore me you may, my dear old friend,

But conscience drive me at sanity’s end.
